What is an iStorez Store Special?
Think of a store special as an extension of a retail store's website. It is similar to the physical store window displays that you see as you walk through a mall. At iStorez, you can browse 1000s of specials from 100s of stores without ever leaving your chair and hot cup of coffee. And iStorez always presents the most relevant and newest store special based on what you are looking for.
What is the value of iStorez to me?
As a consumer, there is too much information on the internet and too much information coming at you. It is hard to find the shopping information that you need in a general purpose search site. A comparison shopping site is good for research, but not useful if you want to browse across stores. If you subscribe to shopping newsletters from various stores or brands, your email Inbox soon gets cluttered up, impossible to manage and you can never find what you need. The iStorez site offers a one-stop solution, where you can browse across a wide variety of stores and check out the latest and relevant promotions and store items, as well as create your own personal mall so you can tailor what you see to what you want!

How do I discover popular or hot stores?
iStorez looks at the stores that most users add to their Malls and presents popular stores to you so that you know where people are shopping. You can also look at your friends' Malls to see what stores they like. Get ideas by visiting each section of the site: All Stores & Brands, Categories, Themes, Personalities and Sales. Each feature many stores that you may be interested in adding to your mall.
How do I create my own Mall?
On the Navigation Bar, click on My Mall->Create, and you will see the iStorez store directory. To add a store to your Mall, just click on the heart button. Add as many stores as you like! Once you have done that, you will see all the specials from the stores you have selected. You have just created your own personalized shopping experience within iStorez.
How do I view or edit the Stores that I have added to My Mall?
You can always see the stores that you have selected in your Mall by going to the Navigation bar and clicking on My Mall->View, or My Mall->Edit or the Edit Profile link in your personalized pod on the right top.
Do I need to Sign Up to create my own Mall? Or tag, rate and comment?
Not at all! Anyone can create their own Mall, tag, rate and comment. However, if you clear you cookies or visit iStorez from another computer, you will have to personalize your Mall again. So we recommend that you do Sign Up with iStorez because it only takes a minute and you can then access your mall from any computer any time.
How do I Sign Up or Sign In for an account?
If you are a new user, click on the 'New User?' link, which will take you to the Sign Up page. All we need is your contact email address, a password and your screen name. To sign back in anytime, click on any Sign In link/button which will take you to the Sign In page.
What can I do with tags?
A lot. Tags become a very useful way for you to keep lists of specials of interest, find specials that other consumers find interesting, share lists with other consumers and so on. Tags can define a list because you can search for all items that match a tag. You can add a tag to any special. These tags are visible to other consumers also. Other consumers can use the same tag to add more specials to the list. This way a community of users can share specials of interest. The service makes it easy for you to find tags that others are using, the tags that are popular, tags associated with a specific message etc.
How do I save or share a special? You can do it in a few ways:
- Add a tag to a special and retrieve it later using the tag word.
- Forward a copy of the special to an e-mail address, blog, social network or IM utility by using the 'Tell-A-Friend' widget in your personalized pod on the top right.
- Bookmark it to your browser or favorite social bookmarking site.
How do I know if a Special has expired?
You will see a friendly yellow sticker overlayed on top of the Special, letting you know.
